PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the Services provided via the Application.

Personal Information means information that the User provides via the Application or to the Company in accordance with the Terms and Conditions that: (i) directly or indirectly identifies a User (including, for example, names, signatures, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other similar information); or (ii) can be used to verify a User (including, without limitation, passports, national IDs, passwords or PINs, user identification and account access credentials or passwords, financial account numbers, details of any financial transactions regarding the payment of the Services provided to the User, user information, profile picture, internet protocol address, genetic, health, or health insurance data, medical records, browser and device information collected through technologies such as cookies (unless you choose to turn off all cookies via your browser settings), and other personal identifiers).

We shall only collect and process Personal Information that you give us when creating an account, accessing and using the Application, and any other information which you provide to us, to the extent necessary for providing you with the Services in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We shall mainly use the Personal Information to (a) deliver and improve the Services and your overall user experience, (b) to prevent any fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal act, and (c) to send you information including confirmations, billing, invoices and updates.

We shall be responsible for any unauthorized creation, collection, receipt, transmission, access, storage, disposal, use, or disclosure of Personal Information under our control or in our possession. We shall not disclose Personal Information to any person (except with your prior consent) other than our employees, contractors, and agents as well as the Service Providers and payment processors who have a need to know or otherwise access the Personal Information in order to fulfill their obligations, and whom shall abide by the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may also de-identify or anonymize Personal Information and use such de-identified or anonymized data which shall no longer be considered Personal Information, for our own research, development and marketing purposes.

We implement strict security standards to safeguard your Personal Information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction. We further protect your Personal Information from potential breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls and other technological methods. However, these measures may not fully guarantee that your Personal Information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. Accordingly, by using the Services, you declare that you agree to assume these risks. We may retain the User’s Personal Information on our servers for as long as is reasonably necessary for providing the Services and to the extent permitted by the applicable law.

The User may access, update, correct, or modify their Personal Information by logging on with their username and password. The User may request to delete all or part of its Personal Information from the Application and the servers. In this case and unless prohibited to do so pursuant to the applicable laws or regulations, a court order or any other legal or judicial procedure, the Company shall promptly delete the User’s Personal Information from the Application and its servers. It is important to note that such deletion may render most of the Application’s Services unavailable. This Privacy Policy was drafted in the English and Arabic language. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Arabic text, the English text shall prevail.
